It is absolutely possible to train and develop your Intuition with ongoing practice and through simple and accessible exercises.
The Intuition development day program:
Part 1: How to stir your awareness in the direction of your Intuition.
You will learn how to stop and listen, how to invite guidance into your day to day life, whether we are talking about small decisions or big decisions. You will learn how to formulate clear and concise questions in order to attain clear and specific insights, both if you are asking yourself or another person.
Part 2: How to discern Intuition from the mental chatter
You will learn how to recognize Intuition from the mental voice, emotions and fears. You will also learn how to include all your other senses and how these play a role in developing your Intuition.
Part 3: Trust and start to play
You will learn how to keep proceeding with your own Intuition development in your day to day life. Its about experimenting and playing and finding what is your unique way to receive and give Intuitive guidance.
